Returns & Exchanges

At Hammersmith, we stand behind the quality of our home hardware and tools; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Hammersmith account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
